Financial Analyst / Developer - Southampton

We are currently recruiting for a highly professional Financial Analyst & Application Developer on behalf of this prestigious multi national business based in Southampton.

The role will be extremely varied however the primary purpose will be to support financial reporting requirements across an extremely varied business including financial costs, management information, budgets and forecasts and team related MIS.

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to identify cost effectiveness suggestions from the reports produced and will also assist in the development of reporting applications fit for the business, and to support product teams.

Requirements

For this position we require applicants to be educated to degree level (Business Information Systems preferred) or qualified by experience. advanced abilities in MS Access are required as is previous exposure to systems / application development.
Visual Basic development experience is highly desirable along with an understanding of Financial systems and MIS tools.
