*** This is a 9 month fixed term position ***

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Manager for our client based in Hampshire, you will primarily be based in Eastleigh, however you will be covering 3 sites.

The pain purpose of the position will be to play a key role in the Housing Services management team you will be responsible for a variety of staff including income managers, neighbourhood services managers, letting team leaders and customer service managers.

My client are offering a very varied role, the Key Tasks are -
-Policy, strategy and project management
-Financial Control
-Corporate Management
-Managing the team
-Customer Service
-All other duties as required

Essential requirements for this position
-Housing Management Experience
-Team management
-A solid track records – preparing, presenting and implementing strategies
-A demonstrable understanding of Housing Law, Regulatory issues for RSL's and customer involvement

Desirable

-Undergraduate Qualification (BA/BSc)
-CIH approved housing qualification or equivalent
