Our client is currently seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team. This role is on a temporary basis, for a minimum of two months, but there is a strong possibility that the assignment will be extended.
The role involves basic ledger work as well as some administrative duties. You will be responsible for:
Issuing of sales ledger invoices and credit notes
Administration of sales ledger accounts
Preparation and posting of ad hoc journals and adjustments
Analysis of the general ledger
Dealing with customer queries
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent accuracy and problem solving skills as well as an eye for detail. Experience in customer service would be an advantage, but not essential for this role.
