Call Centre/Reservations Manager - Travel Industry

£16-18k

37.5 hours - 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a fantastic national travel organisation.

The Role:

The role is working in a busy call centre environment to ensure smooth day to day running and excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Tasks will include making sure calls are answered promptly, complaints are dealt with effectively, effective selling techniques are used at all times, proper procedures are in place and are followed and the call centre is adequately staffed at all times.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to handle the offices recruitment, provide on the job training and appraise staff annually.

The Ideal Candidate:

In order to apply you must have call centre managerial experience.

The ideal candidate would also be somebody who has previous experience handling and escalating complaints and some experience in on the job training.
