Account Manager required to join a well established team in Bournemouth. As Account Manager, your role will be to maintain and build on existing client relationships growing the revenues to include up selling and cross sales. The Account Manager will be required to ensure that the advertising revenue targets for the company are met, whilst delivering high standards of sales and service to customers within the Advertising Portfolio. You will be a confident sales person with a background in pitching to clients. In order to sell advertising space in allocated media avenues, you will need to be able to target key contacts and establish rapport quickly. The Account manager will be confident both over the telephone and in face to face meetings, be able to hold their own and overcome objections from clients at all levels.
Duties will include:
- Selling advertising space to targeted audiences, whilst working towards set target / budgets
- Work towards showing an increase in revenue and productivity from key clients and also through generation of new business.
- Produce creative and professional pitches for clients, to secure business relationships with long term prospects.
- Maintain and grow relationship with Key clients through cross selling / upgrading/ adding value etc. in addition to working with sales executives to source new business and new leads.
