Receptionist / Administrator required to join a vibrant, creative organisation, based in the Bournemouth area.
The Receptionist / Administrator will be required to manage the front desk reception area and take ownership of being the first point of contact for both incoming telephone calls and customers walking through the door.
In addition to managing the reception area, taking calls and general administration duties, the Receptionist / Administrator will also be required to take ownership of managing the board rooms and preparing them for meetings, booking venues and activities for events, supporting the team with day to day operational tasks to include facilities administration.
Strong working knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel is essential as well as having worked on a Reception desk in previous roles.
To include a variety of other reception / administration related tasks, to be carried out in accordance with the job description and as required by the client.
