HR Assistant - 12 month FTC - Bournemouth - £18k
Bond Williams are delighted to be partnering a prestigious local organisation in the recruitment of a HR Assistant vacancy. You will work alongside a small HR team to provide a proactive HR service to the business both at Head office and other satellite locations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as main point of contact for HR related queries
- Ensure all aspects of HR operational administration delivered to a professional and effective standard to meet client requirements in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures.
- Maintain manual and electronic records and produce accurate and up to date reports as and when required, including monthly absence and payroll reports.
- Maintain the HR team inbox and deal appropriately with post and calls arriving into the team.
- Maintenance and circulation of weekly recruitment report.
- Preparation and maintenance of new starter paperwork to include taking part in the induction process; creating electronic records and paper file.
- Obtaining references and feedback and referring to the HR Advisors or Head of HR if problems arise.
- Supporting the HR team in all recruitment activities.
