Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Tax Administrator for a rapidly expanding professional services firm specialising in accounting, taxation and business support for limited company contractors.

You would assist a number of managers and provide support connected with corporate and individual taxation matters and would include: setting up authorisations and administration of the HMRC gateway, setting up new PAYE schemes, registering and de-registering for VAT, checking and arranging changes to employee tax codes, applying changes to employee details including starters and leavers, changes in personal details, processing new tax codes etc via payroll software, employee expenses dispensation applications, registering for self assessment, chasing payment of taxes, submission of CT600 and CT600A forms and other ad hoc duties.

A minimum of 12 months previous tax administration experience gained in either professional practice or HMRC would be required. In addition, you will need to be studying or willing to study ATT, for which study support would be provided. Training would be provided on internal bespoke systems and third party software, but experience of Money Soft payroll and PTP tax software would be an advantage.
