IT Recruitment Consultant Vacancy

Established in 2004, Bond Williams Professional Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy, with 4 specialist divisions; IT, HR, Accounting/Finance and Commercial Office/Clerical, recruiting locally in the Dorset and Hampshire area. Due to customer demand, we are recruiting an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced, friendly and expanding team working in our IT Division in Bournemouth town centre.

This is a busy, varied role, which would suit an experienced consultant with a good track record of delivery. Technically savvy with excellent account management skills and a desire to go the extra mile for both candidates and clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and developing our current portfolio of clients and candidates. First class organisation and communication skills are a must combined with a desire to over deliver, we are passionate about finding the right person to help us develop this strong, growing division.

Working with an experienced Senior Consultant this would suit a Consultant keen to develop and progress, making a name for themselves in the IT recruitment industry. An ability to think outside the box is a must combined with a self-motivated, proactive approach.
