The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a telephone based customer service role, as well as having gained some level of understanding or experience of working with Accountancy based Software packages (either from a direct or indirect perspective)

In addition, the successful Service Support advisor will be a team player, confident on the telephones and happy to take on new challenges within a very busy support team.
