HR Advisor - Temporary - Bournemouth

Bond Williams HR are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious local company for the recruitment of a temporary HR Advisor. You will support Managers in all employee relations matters, ensuring that Company and legal standards are maintained.

You will be working in a small HR team and be confident working alone on Employee Relations cases. There will also be a requirement to cover in the absence of the HR Manager and support the HR Administrator with all aspects of HR Admin.

The role will require someone who is organised, IT literate, has previous HR Advisory experience and is available immediately.
