IT Recruitment Resourcer £16k-19k

Established in 2004, Bond Williams Professional Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy, specialising within 4 divisions; IT, HR, Accountancy and Finance and Commercial /Clerical Support in the Dorset and Hampshire Area. Due to customer demand, we are currently recruiting a Resourcer to join our experienced, friendly and expanding team based in Bournemouth Town Center.

This is a busy, varied role which would suit a well organised, technical savvy person with excellent communication skills and a desire to go the extra mile for both candidates and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and managing our IT pool of candidates, conducting regular candidate searches, advertising vacancies, responding to applications, arranging interviews and liaising with candidates and clients.

Working with an experienced Account manager this would suit an enthusiastic resourcer, keen to learn and interested in making a name for themselves in the recruitment industry. An ability to think outside the box is a must combined with a self-motivated, proactive approach, good attention to detail and organisational skills being essential.
