Commercial Property Solicitor - 5 years PQE+ Dorset

A proven Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a mid sized law firm based within Dorset. My client has an excellent reputation locally and has developed long standing relationships across the community and plays an active part in supporting charities.

Due to on-going success a position within the Commercial Property Department has arisen and a proven solicitor with experience handling a broad caseload of matters is required. The role will involve handing sale and acquisition of commercial properties including landlord related issues and handling complex leases.

The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, able to work as part of an existing team and provide leadership. An ability to handling business development and marketing is essential.
