**Reception Manager – Bournemouth – up to £18,000 per annum**

We are looking to recruit a Reception Manager for a 4 star hotel located in Bournemouth, Dorset. As well as plush bedrooms, this contemporary hotel is complete with a health club, gym and spa, stunning pools, brasserie and wine bar and conferencing facilities.

As reception manager you will oversee the running of the front desk and handle all enquiries. Main duties and responsibilities will include;
• Managing a team of staff; train them, keep them motivated and ensure standards are met at all times
• To ensure exceptional customer care and service
• To compile and be responsible for rotas
• To attend all heads of department and operations meetings
• Assist the reservations team with administration as required
• Work with front office software
• Handle all event enquiries and process deposits

You must have experience working on a reception desk in a similar operation. This is a role for someone with genuine passion for customer service. You must have an enthusiastic, positive approach and work in a professional manner.
