Legal Exec 3 month temporary contract

Our client are looking to for a Legal Executive to work with the Management Services Department and assist them in all legal and regulatory aspects in connection with the management of Retired and Assisted Living developments.

The role will involve liaising staff under the supervision of the Group Legal Department on all legal aspects of management services including but not exclusively, work relating to:-

• Assisted Living Lease
• Landlord and Tenant Legislation
• Code of conduct for factors in Scotland
• ARMA-Q
• Service Charge administration
• Estate Management General

Liaise with external solicitors under the supervision of the Group Legal department in connection with legal advice on the above matters.
Liaise with the Finance and Group Legal department over any Service Charge arrears or contractual issues relating to suppliers.
Keep up to date with Landlord and Tenant Legislation in England and Wales and abreast of the Code of Conduct for Factors in Scotland.
