***Operations Manager for 4* hotel – Bournemouth – up to £25,000***

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a Luxury 4 Star Hotel based in Bournemouth. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of hotel staff, ensuring the smooth running of the venue whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The successful Operations Manager will come from a strong Food & Beverage background and have previous experience of managing and developing a F&B department, ideally to rosette standards. As Operations Manager, you will be extremely hands-on, head up all departments and control rotas and budgets. You will need to be a strong leader with passion and drive to succeed.

A highly competitive salary of circa £25,000 is available with this role plus additional benefits.
