Our client based in central Bournemouth, Dorset are looking for a Legal Executive/Legal Advisor to join their property management services department.
As a Legal Executive/Legal Advisor you will be responsible for assisting the department in all legal and regulatory aspects in connection with the management of developments. You will liaise with the legal department on all legal aspect of management services including: landlord and tenant legislation, code of conduct for factors in Scotland, service charge administration and estate management general.
The ideal candidate for the role will have general legal and secretarial experience and previous legal assistant experience is required, relevant to the regulatory, tenant and landlord experience. A professional qualification such as a Member of the Institute for Legal Executives is desired for the post. Word processing and administration experience is required and ideally the successful candidate will have knowledge of the Qube Property Management system.
