As the customer service/sales executive you will be required to handle incoming enquires (no cold calling) from all new potential new business leads, explaining the services and features the client offers and then following up the enquiry until declined or appointed. The ideal candidate for the role will be a strong team player, display good attention to detail and possess a great telephone manner demonstrating high levels of customer service at all times. You will be required to meet daily targets, sell services based upon persuasive promotion of USP's and be personable and patient.
