Interim Recruitment Manager - £35k to 40k - Bournemouth

Bond Williams are delighted to be working with a market leading company with head offices located in Bournemouth. In this newly created position as Recruitment Manager you will lead a proactive national recruitment project to source and recruit up to 40 new Sales based positions into the business. You will work as part of a project group focusing on changing the way that the Company resources its sales and in particular to be the Recruitment Manager for new roles that are being created as part of the project.

Key responsibilities
· Coordination of the recruitment of between 30 and 40 new sales related roles to be based in all regions across the UK
· Liaison with and coordinate a number of agency suppliers for these roles (around 6); each region is likely to be working with a number of these providers
· Definition and collation of information (data) related to the recruitment; reporting information back to the project
· Liaison with Managers, Sales and Marketing Directors, HR team and the Project Group
· Making arrangements for interviews for candidates with Managers
· Providing feedback to Agencies
· Making offers to candidates via Agencies
· Recruitment using Social Media

· Able to provide a strong lead on recruitment to the project
· Highly organised and excellent time management
· Flexible approach; able to adapt to changing project needs and to stakeholder needs that are fluid
· Excellent data coordination and reporting skills
· Strong relationship management
· Able to support the candidate attraction by putting together professional and polished adverts (for website) and other recruitment materials as necessary
· Able to bring expertise in recruitment via social media
