HR Advisor - Permanent - £27k - Bournemouth

Bond Williams HR are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious local company for the recruitment of a HR Advisor. You will support Managers in all employee relations matters, ensuring that Company and legal standards are maintained.

You will be working in a small HR team and be confident working alone on Employee Relations cases. There will also be a requirement to cover in the absence of the HR Manager and support the HR Administrator with all aspects of HR Admin.

A full, clean drivers licence is required as travel will be involved to other sites in the local area .
