L&D/OD Advisor - up to £35k - 4 to 6 month FTC - Bournemouth

Bond Williams are delighted to be working with a leading Bournemouth employer who is currently seeking a 'hands on' OD/L&D advisor. You will have experience of bringing strategic OD initiatives to life. Specific duties will include;-
· Complete review of the on boarding, induction and probation process
· Review of leadership development process
· Manager induction process
· Graduate placements
· Engagement Survey
· Other ad-hoc OD initiatives
