Information Security Analyst required by our prestigious, award winning financial services client based in the Bournemouth area. You should be certified CISSP or CISA and have a demonstrable knowledge and experience with ISO27001. The role is to assist Senior IT Security Management in ensuring that, across the organisation, information assets are adequately protected and that appropriate controls and mitigating actions are in place to manage identified security risks.

As a member of the Information Security team, you will provide advice and guidance to the organisation on information security best practice. Provide information security training and awareness for all staff. Engaging with business areas in relation to ISO27001.

It is essential that you have a track record of successful information security analysis roles within Financial Services sector, a sound understanding of security standards, data protection and regulatory compliance (e.g. Financial Services Authority and Information Commissioners Office). Experience of developing and implementing information security policies and procedures and a strong knowledge and experience of ISO27001.

You will have previous experience of developing and implementing information security policies and procedures and hold a degree educated in an IT or technology related discipline, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) ITILv2 or v3 Foundation Certificate and or ISO27001 Implementation / Auditing.
