Our client based within a central location in Dorset on the South Coast are seeking a Head of Operations to manage a large contact centre of this highly professional financial leading organisation. As the Head of Operations you will manage the Customer Service Team Managers and report directly to the Customer Services Director. Your key responsibilities will be to ensure that your teams are equipped to perform their roles to ensure all areas of customer demand levels are met, to ensure customer engagement, quality control, motivation and management of the leaders. You will keep the business up to date with a constantly evolving regulatory and legislative framework and network with other parts of the business to achieve process improvements. You will be leading business change projects and taking full responsibility of the departmental budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Operational Management position within a financial organisation ideally running multiple large teams, a strong track record of management a high performing team and the ability to display and implement change programmes.
