Our client based in Bournemouth, Dorset are recruiting for a customer sales support officer to work for this highly successful financial organisation. Your role within the sales team will be to meet sales targets through the describing of product information and special offers on a non-advice basis together with processing customer purchase requests via a paperless process. You will need to be a customer focused, target driven team player, with an ability to clearly explain and articulate complex information in an easy to understand manner. An excellent telephone manner is a must, ideally within a financial services based environment. You will need to be well-organised and thorough, with excellent administrative skills combined with good Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
