Our client based in central Bournemouth, Dorset are recruiting a Business Development Manager/ Account Manager to join this small yet highly professional and growing company. As the sales manager/account manager your role is to manage, co-ordinate and control all the new business coming into the company and management of a small team. Working alongside the business you will report directly to the MD, you will have full responsibility of dealing with all enquiries from prospective clients, including responsibility for following up the sign up process, the production and quality of any promotional materials to include the welcome pack and system usage aids. You will qualify leads, control pipeline, maintain the CRM system and manage campaigns. You will understand the customer's needs, maintaining a portfolio of key clients identifying and working with KPI's to train and develop your staff. You will be an ambitious, driven and highly motivated sales person with a strong background in account management and relationship building.
