CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS REQUIRED!!
FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION
BASED IN CHRISTCHURCH - BOURNEMOUTH

£15,000 per annum + annual bonus

Due to the location you MUST have access to your own transport. The Customer Service team work full time hours on shift patterns between:
8am - 9pm Monday to Sunday (only occasional weekend working involved)

The Role:
- Answering telephone calls from customers in relation to insurance/medical queries
- Administration support
- Outbound calls to customers to update information, or gain additional details
- Entering correct data accurately on to company database

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a good telephone manner, ideally with some customer service experience
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Should have good computer skills
- Must be accurate with exceptional attention to detail
- Should possess a positive and motivated attitude

You must be available to attend an assessment day W/C 15th December and ideally then able to start immediately. Notice periods will be considered but little or no notice is desirable.
