Customer Service Representative
We are recruiting for a temporary position in the Bournemouth area for a Customer Service representative.
The role will involve
• Handling of incoming orders from customers and Account Managers.
• Dealing with high volume calls in a professional manner
• Dealing with customer queries
• Processing orders on the in-house system
• Supporting account managers
• Ensuring data entry is captured accurately
• Handling of customer complaints and resolution in a timely manner.
• Process Credits and Returns under strict guidelines
• CSR ensures that the order-to-delivery process is in line with all legal requirements
The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will need to have strong collaboration skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
