** Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Bournemouth – Up to £16,000**

We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and most importantly service led Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4* Hotel based in Bournemouth

You will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day to day running of the business. You will show strong leadership skills, consistency and attention to detail with the ability to drive the team. It is vital you possess a passion for service through professionalism whilst striving to satisfy a client. You will also be involved with functions and events within the hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced F&B supervisor or manager who is passionate about the hotel industry, enjoys delivering a high level of customer service and can see them self successfully progressing.

A highly competitive salary of circa £16,000 is available with this role plus additional benefits.
