Your position as the Account Manager role will be responsible for the retention of an existing portfolio of clients within this innovative company. You will drive conversion rates and improve the service and building upon already existing strong relationships. You will prepare quotations tailored to the client's needs, attend regular service reviews and drive necessary actions and review account performance/lapse rate. The ideal candidate will have worked in the financial services or insurance sector and be able to demonstrate a successful track record sales/ account management/relationship building. You will demonstrate the ability to build instant rapport and be able to manage relationship effectively. You will be a creative, innovative, positive and energetic team player.
