HR Business Partner - Bournemouth - Circa £30k - Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HRBP to join a busy, friendly HR team in Bournemouth. The organisation has been established for over 40 years and has become a critical factor in supporting vulnerable people in the community.

As a HR Business Partner you will be delivering a high quality service to staff and managers within the group. The post is for a full time role based in Bournemouth but will include travel throughout the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced HR Professional to gain broad experience in a key role, pivotal to the business and the HR team. The small senior HR team means that you will be able to have a big impact over a diverse range of staff across all areas of the organisation.

Heading up the delivery of a comprehensive HR service for your designated Business Areas, you will work with the management teams and lead on the full range of HR disciplines. You will be supported by an HR Officer and Administrator who are aligned to your business areas and in turn you will provide line management and supervision to them and have key links with your recruitment advisor for those areas.

The work will be varied and include the full range of HR including managing a case load of investigations, disciplinaries and grievances to varying complexity; managing the HR process of transfer of undertakings (TUPE); consultations and organisational change programmes as well as some delivery of HR training for managers. You will have experience already in many of these fields with a strong wish to expand your knowledge, skills and leadership in these and others. Training and support will be given where there are areas that you have not previously worked in such as TUPE.
