Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Bond Williams Accounting & Finance is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well established company in central Bournemouth.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, this is a new role which has been created to provide support to a small Finance team following a period of steady growth for the business. The duties will include dealing with supplier queries, organising staff expenses, maintaining the Purchase Ledger and Bank Reconciliations. The working hours will be 2 days per week, 9:00 - 5:30.
The successful applicant will be organised, able to communicate effectively, and will have good Excel skills gained within an office based Administrative role. Experience with Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Bank Reconciliations will be beneficial but not essential as training will be offered.
Interviews will be held week beginning 26th January.
