Our client based in Bournemouth Town Centre are currently recruiting for an experienced sales person to work in this new and exciting team. Your role as a Business Development Executive will involve proactively contacting customers via the phone to generate new appointments for the field sales teams. You will be working in a very fast paced working environment and requires an ambitious individual who is a self-starter with a confident character. The ideal candidate will have some outbound telesales experience, experience of working in a target driven environment, self-motivator and a strong team player. This is a sales role focusing on quality rather than volume plus the calls are targeted and campaign led. Targets are realistically set and from the beginning you will start earning commission. This role is newly created due to growth and will offer the right individual scope to develop their career. Basic salary is circa £19,000 but with commission your expected earnings range from £25,000-£30,000 + uncapped commission.
