An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telemarketing Team Leader to join a successful sales and marketing office in Bournemouth, Dorset. You will be responsible for the telemarketing team who are targeted to find, nurture and deliver qualified sales leads for the new business sales team. Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving high team targets in a demanding environment whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running and management of the team.

Your role will be to manage, motivate and develop your sales staff (circa 8 members) through effective performance management, encouraging a learning and feedback culture by working closely with your team to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of managing a Business Development/Telemarketing team in a high pressured office environment.
