Recruitment Advisor - c£18k - Bournemouth - Permanent

Bond Williams are delighted to be partnering a leading specialist third sector organisation with head offices in Bournemouth. As the recruitment advisor you will assume responsible for managing vacancies, applications and candidates via the on-line recruitment system. Recruiting up to board level and supporting managers across the business in fulfilling their recruitment requirements, advising on cost effective and innovative ways of recruiting. You will be recruiting for vacancies across the south but mainly for Dorset, so at times you may need to be pro-active in researching advertising methods for the more remote areas. Other responsibilities for the post are organising assessment centres and open days, administering on line psychometric tests, developing the use of social media, managing the apprentice recruitment and also running recruitment training workshops for managers. Naturally, you will have excellent communication, advanced IT skills, deliver accurately to deadlines and will understand the importance of delivering a high standard customer service experience. The role holder will be willing to embrace the use, interpretation and development of the on line recruitment system. You will be willing to learn, take ownership and have previous administration experience of working within either a Recruitment or Human Resources environment. You will work alongside a supportive and development orientated HR team. Applicants will ideally have:

·Be computer literate (eg Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet, social media),
·Excellent customer focused approach
·Great organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills

The salary will depend on your experience and qualifications. The organisation is based in central Bournemouth and car parking is available.
