Learning & Development Administrator - £16k to 18k + benefits - Bournemouth
Bond Williams are delighted to be working with a national leading business support organisation. As L&D Administrator you will provide a comprehensive business and administration support to ensure the smooth running of the Learning and Development function.
Key responsibilities will include:-
•Accurate processing of employee and non employee requests
•Managing course and event wait lists, & cancellations on the database
•Timely distribution of delegate joining instructions
•Liaising with third party suppliers to help manage logistics
•Administer and update the Learning Management systems
•Produce Management Information reports as requested by the L&D Team
•Processing of course evaluations, raising areas of concern as appropriate
•Maintain accurate employee education I.T. records
•Maintaining training equipment and arrange software updates etc
•Assist co-ordinate training events to specified requirements, including the Corporate Induction
•Arrange L&D events for Elected Members, working with the L&D officers on the annual development plan
•Set up equipment correctly in training rooms prior to training events, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
This is a permanent full time position that offers the successful candidate a chance to develop their career in Learning & Development.
