Our client based in the Bournemouth, Dorset area are looking to recruit a Sales Retention Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well establish, dynamic and vibrant company, who offer fantastic training and recognise individuals for their contribution to the business. Working within the sales retention team you will responsible for retaining profitable business, achieving retention targets and mitigating risk. You will predominantly be taking inbound calls from 3rd parties, and responding to and dealing with queries and e-mails. Contact will be with existing customers (retaining business) and therefore does not involve any outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a telephone sales or calls centre environment, possess an excellent telephone manner with a strong work ethic. It would also be desirable if you have experience working in a busy sales or target orientated role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, confident and ambitious. You will possess the ability to build long term relationships and be able to negotiate and persuade individuals.
