IT Call Handler / Customer Service support advisor required for a busy Bournemouth based organisation. The successful Call Handler will be responsible for taking all incoming calls and forwarding them on to the appropriate department / person, and / or trouble shooting where appropriate.

Excellent Customer service skills required as well as the ability to work under pressure, handling volume incoming calls on a daily basis. Previous experience of trouble shooting system related enquiries would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
This role is crucial as an entry level position into the organisation and will give the ideal candidate an opportunity to work their way up within a successful team.
