Our client based in central Bournemouth, Dorset are currently recruiting for an experienced PA (Personal Assistant) to join this highly successful large PLC. Your role as the PA will be to support the MD and FD of this organisation. The role will be to cover maternity for a 6 months period. Duties include diary management, booking meetings, minute taking, preparing agendas, setting up presentations and arranging refreshments. In addition, you will arrange flights, organise visas, prepare reports weekly and deal with any office administration eg raising PO numbers, expenses, approval of holiday requests and general administration. The ideal candidate will have strong Powerpoint, Word and Excel to include experience using Outlook diary management. You will have supported senior management eg CEO/Directors and have worked within a corporate environment. In return the company offer 25 days holiday, Pension and Health care.
