Head of Business Analysis required to join a well established Bournemouth Corporate. Whilst relevant Industry experience is not essential, (experience at job title level is the crucial requirement) if the successful candidate demonstrates experience of working in either Insurance or Financial Services, this could be advantageous.

The Head of Business Analysis will work closely with both the Head of IT and other senior partners, to support projects through to delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of Business Analysts to provide overall direction and guidance to business partners, to define and deliver business strategies and provide solutions to problems.

The candidate will be responsible for analysis of Business Standards, practice and processes as well as the performance management and professional development of the team.
