Our client based in Bournemouth Town Centre are currently recruiting for a Broker Consultant/advisor to join this highly successful financial organisation.

Your role will be to deal with all incoming calls from customers/members in a positive and professional manner offering them solutions, advice and support and on occasions cross – selling. You will proactively call the members and develop strong business relationships and help increase business levels. You will be the first point of contact for all life protection queries and assist with building broker knowledge in this area. This role will suit an individual with strong customer service and some sales experience who is able to build instant rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate will have worked within the Financial Services/Banking/Mortgage Industry and a clear advantage would be to have mortgage or life protection/general insurance knowledge. You will be a confident and outgoing individual and be able to operate effectively within a regulated, compliant, professional yet fun working environment.
