1st/2nd Line Technician required for an immediate start to reconfigure products on customer sites or within their hosting centres in Poole.

You will be responsible to reduce fault rates, install /configure/support server based products and Microsoft Operating Systems.
Any previous exposure or knowledge with telephony products would be advantageous.

This is a Monday - Friday role 9am - 5pm based in Poole, Dorset
