HR Administrator - Bournemouth - £18k to £20k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a well established and progressive HR team. You will be responsible for administration within the HR department and work closely with the HR Business Partners to provide a high quality, cost effective HR service that meets customer needs and company objectives. You will be able to work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the HR team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Keep organisation charts up to date
• Ad hoc projects as required
• Ensure all reports requested by the business are actioned according to timescales.
• Maintain and communicate all changes to the company handbook
• Provide support, guidance and minute taking for interviews, disciplinary and grievance hearings
• Manage absence recording and reporting
• Develop and manage report on performance management
• Support HR Business Partners in all areas of administration
