Recruitment Manager - £40 to £50k - Bournemouth
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join a local award winning business. As a key member of the senior HR team you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end to end recruitment strategy and processes at all levels within the business. This is initially a stand along recruitment role with the opportunity to build and develop a small recruitment team.
The role:
- The Design and delivery of a robust and effective direct hiring recruitment strategy
- Ownership of the recruitment policy and process
- Providing an end to end solutions focused recruitment service to the business
- Managing advertised campaigns, from design of advertising through to shortlisting, interviewing, offer management and on-boarding
- Managing third party relationships including agencies
- Development of the companies Online recruitment presence and brand to include social media
- Recruiting at all levels from Administration to Senior Management
- Supporting multiple locations across the UK
The ideal candidate will be used to working within very challenging and fast paced environments. Be a recruitment expert who can influence and quickly build strong and credible working relationships with hiring managers at all levels within the business. You will have proven experience of quickly and effectively understanding recruitment requirements across a wide and diverse range of roles and specialisms.
