Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting an Analyst for a growing and diverse group based in Bournemouth. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you would have responsibility for the external labour purchase ledger: raising POs, chasing approval, reconciliation and analysis of external labour hours/payment and billings against budget and forecast. Liaison with AP dept to resolve any supplier issues and smooth the payment process, ad hoc support to the FC on other financial aspects and reporting.
You will need to be motivated, ideally a graduate/AAT qualified with 3-5 years general accounts and good purchase ledger experience. Experience of Sage preferred but good Excel skills are essential (including pivot tables/lookups). Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team is also essential. Good working environment.
