INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICES, £18,090 - £20,100, Full time, Permanent, Bournemouth

This market leader in Home Insurance Services is expanding their division and we are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on their behalf. You will be answering in-bound calls from existing customers and assisting them with the best home insurance policy for their needs. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to input data and some administration work. Full training is given for the first 5-10 weeks and then support from your line manager is on-going. Your working week will be 35 hours between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4pm on Saturdays on a rota basis and there are various shifts available to suit your lifestyle.
