HR Consultant - 25 hours per week - Bournemouth - £30 to £35k FTE - 12 month FTC

My client is a large business services group who have seen turnover steadily increase to become a leading supplier in it's field. As a senior member of the HR team you will play a pivotal part in developing proactive solutions to your customer group.

Key responsibilities will include:-
•Lead complex case management workloads, ensuring coaching is provided to other HR colleagues/ Line Managers as appropriate
• Manage consultations and negotiations as required with any formal trade unions/staff
• Provide responsive and high quality support, training and advice to all parts of the organisation to ensure the appropriate management of all case related and employee issues
• Manage efficiently and effectively a professional workload ensuring work is organised, prioritised and delivered to meet the requirements of the SLA
• Make risk-based decisions about HR issues at an operational level and provide specialist advice and coaching on all people management issues
• Proactively develop and manage professional workload ensuring work is organised, prioritised and delivered according to expectations.

As the successful candidate you will be available to work Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm. This is a part time, 12 month contract which offers a competitive and flexible benefits package.
