Customer Service Advisor and Administrator required for our client in Bournemouth.
You will be responsible for processing mortgage applications. This will include data entry and telephone work.
This role will involve inbound and outbound telephony for a well known organisation in central Bournemouth. Inbound calls will involve answering customer queries. The outbound aspect of this role will include liaising with internal staff and external clients. This will not include any sales and is all customer service based.
Full training will be provided by this outstanding organisation.
This is an ongoing temporary role for approximately 3 months.
Paying £7.85 per hour.
