Customer Service Advisor- £16,000- Bournemouth
Our client a leading global anti-virus software company are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company within their Customer Service department. Career progression is available with this company.
Duties:
·Answering inbound calls
·Actioning emails sent into both your personal inboxes and team inboxes
·Providing quotation to home users
·Issuing trials to home users
·Making alterations to Customer's licences
·Processing orders and taking payments
·Filtering larger quotation and business trials through to Account managers
·Passing calls from our resellers through to the relevant Partner Account Managers
·Sending out backup software discs to end users
·General administrative office tasks
·Making outbound courtesy calls to existing end users
Experience Required:
·Good telephone skills
·Previous Customer Service experience
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·Able to manage high call volumes and cope well under pressure
·Ability to work well in a team and on your own

Working hours are 8:30am- 5:30pm Monday- Friday.
