To provide all manner of support services to existing and prospective customers relating to our clients software, this includes but is not limited to Telephone, email, "over-the-web" and onsite support that may include pre-planning, installation, configuration, ongoing maintenance and uninstallation of our products, our customers include users of all varying degrees of IT knowledge so each call will need to be adapted to suit its circumstances. Occasional site visits required.

Answering technical issues relating to products, from business and home users, via phone/e-mail/chat messaging
Providing remote support to customers computers
Providing the internal and external sales teams with pre and post sales technical advice
Providing customers with pre and post sales technical advice
Troubleshooting software products
Virus/malware identification and removal from users computers
Onsite support for customer installation/troubleshooting
Attending exhibitions
