Compliance Assistant- £17,000- Bournemouth

Our client a leading insurance company based in Bournemouth are currently looking for a Compliance Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. Previous customer service experience within an insurance environment is essential for this role.

Duties:

·Complete quality assurance of calls and emails of customer facing staff
·Identify and report unethical, illegal or improper conduct when conducting quality assurance activities ·Update systems
·Communicate effectively with people from other areas regarding compliance and/or quality assurance issues
·Assist in the resolution of compliance and/or quality assurance problems following appropriate internal processes
·Team working - ability to work as part of a team collaborating with others to achieve common goals ·Provide constructive support and feedback to others
·Provide mentoring support to new starters

Experience Required:
·2 years customer service experience obtained from general insurance
·Basic knowledge of FCA guidelines and principles desirable
·Confident in making decisions
·Good attention to detail
·Computer literate with excellent key board skills
·Ability to multitask in an organised manner
·Strong and positive work ethic and attitude
·Clear verbal and written communication skills
